Project Manager - York

BMSL require an experienced Project Manager on an initial 12-Mth Contract which could possibly lead to a Permanent role with our Client.

You will be experienced:

* Understanding of project lifestyle & management

* Understanding of off-site or traditiional construction methods

* Poject management competance including financial controls

* Ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams on compex/high value building projects

* Relation management

* High-Level of contract dispute resolution knowledge

* Knowledge of relevnt H&S legistlation & procedures

* Understanding of Commercial Projects i.e JCT D&B & NEC

* Ability to negoiate contract terms & final accounts

ACCREDITATION REQUIRED

HND Level in Construction (Miniumum)

NEBOSH

Full UK Driving License

PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Substantial experience of delivering compex & large scale construction projects

Budgetary Control of Projects

Track record of resolving conflict & negotiating final accounts

Track record of managing teams & individuals
